Dear Lord Your gifts are many
and we’re grateful for each one.
We especially want to thank You
for the gift of our dear son.
 
No parents could be prouder.
No son could bring more joy.
And no one in this big wide world
is loved more than our boy.
 
I thank You for his precious life.
Watch over him, I pray.
Keep him safe and free from harm
throughout each passing day
 
May he live his life with honor.
All life’s battles may he win.
And may he feel our constant love,
we humbly pray … Amen
